Built on decisions made under pressure.

Founder and Principal
Lance Lynch founded Adaptiv in 2021 to help complex organizations decide with clarity when disruption tests them.
His career began in the air, as a flight paramedic making critical decisions with limited information and no margin for delay. He went on to lead emergency management and business continuity programs at large urban trauma centers, a multi-facility regional health system, and an enterprise system of nearly 200 hospitals.
He also chaired the regional emergency preparedness committee for one of the largest healthcare coalitions in the United States, driving preparedness and information sharing among nearly 170 hospitals across North Central Texas. He has advised enterprise organizations on resilience and crisis management technology.
That path shaped a clear view: organizations rarely fail in a crisis for lack of a plan. They struggle when decision authority is unclear, priorities compete, and information does not reach the people who need it. Adaptiv exists to fix that before it matters.
Lance advises executives and program leaders on crisis governance, enterprise resilience program design, and the translation of operational evidence into actionable decisions.
Research
Lance is pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration at Marshall University. His research examines governance, decision authority, and organizational design in crisis management within large, complex organizations. That work informs how Adaptiv designs decision structures for clients.

Why "Adaptiv"
The missing "e" is deliberate. Resilience means knowing what you can do without and still operating. The name is a small reminder of that principle.
